- Exeter appoints Exploration Manager- Argentina. Exeter has appointed Jorge Giudici as Exploration Manager - Argentina. Jorge has 11 years experience as a geologist for Climax Mining, Newcrest, and Mount Isa Mines in Chile, Bolivia, U.S.A., and Australia supplementing his extensive work and knowledge in Argentina. Jorge will report to Rob Harley, Exeter's Vice President - Exploration.

- Exeter acquires 100% of La Cabeza project. The remaining 50% equity in the La Cabeza project has been acquired through the acquisition of all the outstanding shares in Cognito Limited. The company issued to the beneficial owners of Cognito 800,000 shares in the Company, with an additional 2.5 million shares or C$2.5 million (at the Company's option) within four years to finalise the acquisition.

- Exeter acquires more Argentine gold-copper projects. The Company has acquired 100% of the shares in Estelar Limited from the beneficial owners for the issue of 1 million shares in the Company. Estelar Limited has 100% equity in three drill ready gold-copper projects in Argentina, and one low sulphidation epithermal gold project. All projects are subject to an over-riding 2% mine mouth royalty from production, to Argentina Mineral Development S.A. Estelar Limited also has a branch office registered in Argentina to conduct exploration.

- Yale Simpson acquires shares. Yale Simpson has acquired 713,000 shares in the company, to hold 17.3% of the issued and outstanding shares in the company.

- More funds raised. The company completes a private placement to raise C$322,500 by issuing 1.29 million units comprising one share (at 25 cents) and one full warrant exercisable at 25 cents within 12 months.

- La Cabeza equity conversion. Cognito Limited has exercised its Conversion Notice with the Argentine vendor, converting his 25% La Cabeza Project equity to a 3.5% Net Smelter Return (NSR) from production from the project. Cognito Limited now owns a 100% equity in the project, subject to completing a viable feasibility study, and other conditions extant in the agreement with the Argentine vendor. The Company has managed the re-drafting of a comprehensive agreement for Cognito Ltd. in which it owns a 50% equity. The Company also successfully negotiated an option for Cognito to purchase the Argentine vendor's NSR for US$1 million payable in four equal tranches over three years, exercisable at Cognito's option in the future.
- La Cabeza Acquisition, and Private Placement. The Company acquires 50% of La Cabeza Project for 800,000 shares and commits to a work programme; A private placement of 350,000 shares at 15 cents to raise $52,500 is approved.
