Sampling and Assaying Procedures

All samples have been prepared at the ALS Chemex preparation facility in Mendoza and assayed by fire assay (50gm charge) at the ALS Chemex laboratory in Chile. All diamond drill core samples were prepared from half HQ diamond drill cores cut on site with a diamond saw. Sampled intervals were generally 1 metre, with some slight variation as dictated by the drill hole geology. Core recoveries have exceeded 90%. All RC samples were assayed as 3 metre composites, weighing 5-10 kg, collected by riffle-splitting from individual 1 metre drill intercepts.

Check assaying of composite samples assaying greater than 1.0g/t Au has been completed by ALS Chemex indicated +90% re-assayed within 10% of original assays. This repeatability would indicate that there is no apparent problem with a coarse gold bias in the samples.

The higher grade intercepts will be re-assayed in one metre intervals riffled from coarse rejects which are maintained on site. In addition all composite samples that assayed greater than 10g/t gold will be re-assayed in one metre intervals by duplicate screen fire assay to assess for presence of coarse gold.
